Hello Frank,

I'm working on a B2B Project and we are checking the usability of aspdb with the Module for managing customers und budgets. And it is possible to do this with your beta.

We are working with Oracle8 and SQL6.5, VI6.0, VB6.0 and IIS4

How much time will we have to spend?

Manuel,
Are you a registered user for ASPDB (view or Pro). You have to be one in order to beta test the V2. Due to the fact that you need to know all the standard features before you can test the new features in which many are extensions. Your ORACLE8 & SQL65 usage however is very attractive.

Hi Frank,

Our firm located in Belgium bought the Pro version a few weeks ago. We are now testing your product to implement it in our intranet. Our group is located all over the world. (www.bekaert.com;www.delaware-computing.com)
We use SQL6.5 (7.0 in testing) IIS4.0, VB6.0, oracle....

Our new project involves TQM for the group using intranet. So adding, updating and deleting tools are crucial. That's the reason we're testing ASPdb.

Kind regards.

Christopher

I am evaluating the current version of ASPdb and like it so far. Some of the features included in version 2.0 would be useful to us, especially having the ability to have lookup lists in drop down fields. I guess you already have your 3 beta testers by now, but if you need another I am willing.

We are currently evaluating using ASPdb for an intranet application in a telecom alarm application. A web interface is being developed to display and edit element information stored in a MS SQL Server database. We have used Java applets to do some of this, but the performance is horrendous! Doing the database work in pure HTML would be a benefit.

Chris,
I'll add you to the list. What language are you using with ASPDB ? I need languages help with ASPDB2 as there will be a full localization property and I need users using languages other than English to fill in the table for me - French, German etc....

Frank,

I installed my copy of Pro yesterday..I'm not the most qualified ASP programmer but I am heavily experienced in hacking code to suit and, in general, being a guinea pig.

I'll volunteer...

Thanks
