    Setting a Value

    How can I set a value in the update portion of aspdb?? I need to set a UID field to the current user ID. Any help would be great. Thanks.

    set the defaults of the edit field like ->

    X.dbEditFlds = "(;,[])Car,Manufacturer,Year[2000],Transmission,Price"

    The year field's defaultis et to "2000".
