Size of inputbox in Editmode

If have a problem to change the size of the inputbox in editmode. In other modes I finished the problem. What is the command or syntax to do change the inputbox for one field of the database and the others are standard?

several way to do that - latest format is to borrow the validation parameters to control the "size" of individual edit box rather then setting them to all the same size or doing just for 200 and 202 types.
