Problem installing Designer

After running the setup file for Designer 2002, I get the following error message:

Setup cannot continue because some system files are out of date on your system. Click OK if you wouild like setup to update these files for you now.

After clicking ok and rebooting and trying to run this thing again, I get the same message.

This is strange... Designer just load the VB-SP3 run itm efiles in it... Load the standard VB6-SP3 run time file sinit w/o Designer andthen just copy the Designer.exe file. That's all.
