quiz/survey solutions?

Hello all,
I am a novice to access and aspdb.
I am trying to build or locate a combo of Access and ASP which will allow me to have an automated quiz/survey building and administation website.

I would like to populate an access database with survey questions and responses, then have aspdb (or asp) generate the survey from this database and finally record the responses to the survey for later analysis.

Has this been done? is it somewhere???
