I need a database written to a text file

I am running a device that logs to a database machine running SQL server 7. What I need, however, is a SQL script that takes that database and writes it to a flat readable text file in real time. I know for a fact there is a way, but I just cant find anybody that knows offhand how to do it.

What aspect of the database do you want to write out to a text file?
