VERY URGENT PLS HELP :Restoring old DATS to new instance

There has been a peculiar db crash at my site .I have no backup of my database but i have the Data Device and the Log device ie 2 DAT files ie MNGMT_DDV (Data Device-1GB) and MNGMT_LDV( Log device-200MB).How can i restore these to a new instance.

can i by any means get the data out of them or restore them to a new instance of the database i create.

I am interested in getting back my data.

Rename old device files then create new devices and db with same size, same name and in same path as old one. Stop sql service, move new device files to other directory and rename old device files back to original name. Start sql service.
