Hi folks

I have a quick question. I have the Beta ersion of SQL Server 7.00. I have not installed it as yet...time seems to be a serious problem.
I have worked with Sybase replication and I was wondering how the new replication features in SQL 7.00 compare to the SYBASE replication agents or LTM`S.

Example...If I am replicating data from a SYBASE Adaptive server 11.5 to MSSQL 6.5...Currently I have to write the software necessary because there is
no sybase rep agent for MSSQL (Correct me if I am wrong on this). However, if I am replicating to Oracle, I can place a SYBASE LTM for Oracle on a Sybase data server and replicate directly to Oracle through the LTM.

How is replication on SQL 7.00 going to work. Do they directly support it with an interface of some type or are Microsoft only providing supporting API`s so that other systems can replicate from SQL 7.00 with 3rd party solutions like sybase replication.
