    SQL Server 7.0 problems

How does everyone feel about SQL Server 7.0 so far? Has anyone ran into serious problems with the quality of the product?

I've been running production for almost a month now, and I spent a considerable amount of time working with beta 3. The only problems I have encountered with SQL 7.0 have been with replication.

As for the quality of the product, what do you want a comparison to? I think SQL 7.0 is a dream as far as ease of use and performance compared to 6.5. Comparing Microsoft SQL Server to Oracle/Unix is another story altogether.

Sorry for the other empty message. Could you identify what replication problems you've been running into, and why you think Oracle/UNIX or Oracle/NT might be a better product? We're considering Oracle vs Microsoft... Thanks a bunch.

IMO, Oracle is still far superior to SQL Server
