Transaction-Replication----Urgent

Hi,
Every one
I have added new column in my Publication - Article Table ,
Same column I have added in my Subscriber Table ,
I am doing Transaction replication , but now its giving me error
Insert Error - Column Name or Supplied Value doesn't Match,
If any one has any idea please suggest me

I alredy try to used sp_articlecolumn, but it is giving error.
Server: Msg 14092, Level 11, State 1, Line 0
Could not change article because there is an existing subscription to the article.

By any way can I add this column to replication or I need to drop full subscription & recreate . Please suggest If any one has come across this problem
