To know who deleted the database

Is it possible to know that who has deleted the database

Are you the DBA for your servers? My advice is "Do not give your users (or developers) more permision than they need to carry out our their work". If you do not assign the server roles which have permission to delete databases to your users, they should not be able to delete your database unless they are the database owner.

I agree with you but is there a way to know that who has deleted the database.
Let's say that everybody have login as a sa and one of us has deleted the database. Is there any error log which keeps the record of deleted database.
or is there any system tables which keeps the record of deleted database
