cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'tblIAP' with unique index 'IAPNUmber'"


i am trying to import a table from access to sql server.i don't see any duplicate values for the column 'IAPNumber' but i get the error.This happens to be the last row in the access table and if i insert one more row the error comes at the new row and the previous row goes in.

any ideas????

remove the index if it's not the primary key.

r u sure there are no dupes ?
