temp db is full when i am running procedure

Hi

i use to run the stored procedure as a task daily,
but since yesterday i am getting the error my tempdb is full ,and that
process is stopping.
does anybody know solution for this problem

- Bounce server, this will clear tempdb
- Increase tempdb size
- Recode stored procedure
