restore only one table from backup..

Hi,

How can I restore just one table from the full backup? It was very easy with 6.5 but I am not sure whether it's possible with 7.0 and if it is possible, how to do it.

Nope, they removed this option, if you use their file groups you can(kind of).You can restore to a different db and then use DTS or BCP to bring in data.
