    Hi Joanna,

    Have you tried using the Tools/Wizard menu and selecting the DTS option ?
    You then get to select whether you want to import or export data and a whole host of other features. Use this as a starting point.

    I would also recommend searching for "Overview of Data Transformation Services" in the SQL Books Online. Lots of useful info there.
