Service pack Installation problem.

I am trying to install Service pack 5a and post SP5a patches.
But how many ever times I try to, it says that
the sa password is incorrect.
has any one encountered this problem before?
If so what needs to be done.
Help appreciated.

have you tried changing the pswd ?
