    SQL-Server and Access

    Hi there,

    I have the following problem:

    Is it possible to link a ODBC-datasource, into SQL-Server - 7.0 or 2000, the version doesn't matter.

    Because we do have several databases and we can't move everything to SQL-Server we want to link some tables into SQL-Server. Do you know this is possible and how?

    Anyway, I read that SQL-Server is capable of heterogenous joins - is'nt this feature exactly the heterogenous-join problem?

    Hope you have an answer for me.

    Yes, just create a linked server via Enterprise Manager.
