How can i insert a word document or an a image file into a column of image datatype using T-SQL.

Hi.
Search in BOL for BULK INSERT operator (very uncomfortable method, but I didn't find anymore in BOL about it)
As for me - I use "SoftArtizan FileUp" component in ASP page for uploading and downloading files to/from SQL Server through WEB site.
