How to connect to Oracle 9i with a Windows CE app?

Hi!

What is te best way to access an Oracle 9i DB from Windows CE? I'm programming my app for Windows CE in ANSI C++, therefore there is no library I could use I know of. Is there any Oracle API shipped with Oracle 9i?

I have heard about a Java virtual machine I have to run on the windows ce machine in order to connect to the DB with JDBC.

Any ideas?
