how can i give a full MS SQL to someone ?

I have in my computer a MS SQL 2000 database full of datas and I must give it to someone ... he wants to install it on his computer

where is the file ?
how can i do that ?

1. backup all the databases and give all the backups to that person. [I hope that person know how to restore the backup.]

or

2. stop your sql server service. then copy all .mdf,.ndf,.ldf files from your computer to his computer. [I hope that person know how to attach the files.]

Enterprise Manager > Tools > backup database > DatabaseName + BackupName + database- complete checked + Destination
