hi,
i have starange problem here.
i have total 10 nt groups mapped to security manager.
today when i opened security manager it is saying no groups
in the security manager,security manager is blank.
i am using mixed security mode.
pls give me any ideas..
it is very ugent pls..

If your users are still connecting trusted, then I would suspect a permissions change on the MSSQL directory on your database server box?
Or, are you on a cluster server? If you failed over and do not have a patch applied, your security may not be correct in that machine's registry...

i am not using clustered.
Nobody changed mssql directory on my server box.
all the users are connecting.
Only it is not showing in Security manager.
Do i need to do anything with Nt server.
