4 Combo Boxes

Please check ComboBox No. 3 "ComboTopic"

When select grade and subject then topic that is ok but next time for topic not ok.

My question is why do you post the same problem to this site and what is wrong with the original site? If this is in Access 2007 then it will prevent many people trying to help as most users are still using Access 2003 or earlier.

What is your coding etc.?

Without looking at any code, I suggest that when you select Topic use the Got Focus event and the Requery function or a similar function in 2007. This will requery the Topic drop down to the new value in the subject drop down.

I want to create 4 Combo Boxes,
First for Grade Classes
Second for Subject
Third for Topics
forth for Exam No.

when I select first Grade Class I want show all subject for First Grade in Second ComboBoxe etc.

my problem that is:
When select grade and subject then topic that is ok but next time for topic not ok.
