920 OEM does not discover 8.1.7 listener

Help help..

I've searched Metalink, but no luck.
I'm not using SQLNET. so no .world required.

When I restart the agent the nmiconf.log states:

Warning : No Listener found for SID ACC03. ACC03 will be skipped

OEM does discover a 920 listener and knows about the SID's in the 8.1.7 listener (retrieved from the oratab), but somehow does not see the 8.1.7 listener.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
