ETL - Which One?

Any help will be appreciated.

We are primarily a SQL Server shop (6.5 & 7.0). We do have other apps in Foxbase (various flavors), Access, Q&A, etc. We have a need to transfer data between these systems, as well as going off-site to get data from legacy systems.

We are now looking at purchasing an ETL tool. We've got literature about such apps as Ardent, Sagent, Data Junction, Mercador, but no real information from users in the real world.

If you have used any ETL and could give us feedback (+ or -) it would be appreciated. We are looking to purchase by end of next month of so.

Again, any information, views, reviews, or recommendations would be appreciated.
