SMS from database

Hi,

My plan is to send autoreply SMS messages from a database (not sure yet what kind, probably Oracle) based on keywords. I found a site that explains how to send SMS from database:

Does anybody have any experiences related to Ozeki? It is not a freeware, so I have to be sure that it's a reliable software. Or do you have a similar recommendation? Any help would be appreciated! :)
