Uppercase to Lowercase

We are printing reports using the client field from our system database. The problem is that the client field is in all caps.

1.) Is there a way in a report to make the client field print in lowercase characters
2.) Is there a way to do #1 and then still capitalize the first letter of each word?

The more I write this, I think it will cause more problems than it is worth (probably why it is in uppercase in our system database).

Anyway, if there is a way, please let me know so I could at least have an educated answer.
