I currently have Access97 installed and will need to continue using it. I currently need to install 2000 while retaining 97. Does this cause any complications?

M$ has a FAQ dedicated to this subject. The coexistence of Access 97 & 2K is possible but you need to be careful in installation in order to avoid problems. If you search their help area, you'll find it.
