Books on line says that the CHKUPG65 upgrade utility reports this error when an object`s ( trigger, proc, default, etc. ) SYSCOMMENTS rows have been deleted or modified. How does this happen - someone setting `allow updates` on and manually deleting or updating the SYSCOMMENTS table?
