Job description
We are currently looking for Sr Acssociate Brand Manager based in San Francisco who is going to be responsible for managing a number of product ideas through the innovation process to launch.

•Track and analyze pricing, distribution, velocities and deliver insights and implications to the broader team
•Develop and execute creative strategies / big ideas, marketing programs, and corresponding tactics. Track and analyze performance and report on results. Includes supporting national advertising development, execution, optimization and performance tracking
•Lead cross-functional team development of annual brand strategy and marketing planning, including gaining alignment up to the VP level on all strategies and recommended initiatives
•Champion insights from positioning research to inform all facets of the brand, including informing feedback to creative development
•Collaborate with innovation team and cross-functional partners in the development of new product ideas and platforms, product improvements or value engineering, and new product activation strategies
•Work with Creative Services and graphics agency to bring new packaging graphics to market informed by positioning work, differentiated vs competition, and clearly emphasizing unique product attributes via claims
•Partner with Sales to develop channels strategies including implications for pricing and sizing, evaluate channel specific needs, identify business opportunities, and track new item distribution and performance

Who we are looking for
• Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred; Years of Experience: 2-3 years relevant work experience with a background in consumer packaged goods.
