SSIS Package - Need to Check Update/Insert

Dear all,

I have flat file which i am going to upload in db. The new records only should be imported from the flat file. How is it possible in SSIS package?. Please responds it.

You can load data to staging table then move non-existing rows to target table with t-sql, much easier.
