Certifications in sybase

Hey
Well i am a new one in Databases, just a fresher.
And i am going for certifications in Sybase
Can anyone suggest some gud and cheaper certifications
And also tht whr frm can i get a material for the preparation .
Never worked much on Sybase just 5 problems on procs , triggers, cursors thts it .
But heard tht we need atleast one yr of experience and minimum 80 hours of experience
So plz suggest me a better way to study .

Not to sound like I am against Sybase but Why certification on Sybase?

Why not Microsoft SQL server or Oracle?

Well certification for Sybase cuz my manager wants me to do so . And even i m interested into it . May b down the line ill also opt for oracle as the requirement comes
But plz someone tell me how to do it .......
