Sql server analysis service

Dear all,

I am new to SQL analysis service, i am trying to build my first cude with 1Fact table & 2 more table to build a sales report.I am having 4 dimensions & 3 Measures. When I am trying to build a new time dimension 'Invoice_date' am getting a popup message
Unable to count the membersof 'year' level
Unable to open the record set
Time out Expired

And it is not inserted as dimension so am unable to reset the member count manually in the properties.

How can i over come from this.
