Upsizing from Access, Stored Procedures

Hi, we`ve got an application in Access that is designed so that it can use either a Jet backen, or SQL Server - user`s choice. We got everything upsized ok, and have created some stored procedures to speed up data retreival in some areas.

Now we`ve had to make some changes to the tables in Access, including some changes in relationships, and also a change in Keys. We`ve got it all ok in Access. Is there someway that we can save our Stored Procedures, (and perhaps triggers or views), and upsize the new Access structure?
