Position: Siebel Analytics Data Warehouse Lead Developer

Location: Los Angeles (Suburbs), CA

Role/Responsibilities: define access and model telephony and call data from ICM ACD, IVR and dialer systems. Analytics server lead will build the three layers of a Siebel Business Analytics repository: the Physical, Business Model and Mapping, and Presentation layers.

Knowledge of Siebel out of the box schemas and dimensional data models is highly desirable. Ability and experience with design, build and unit testing of logical business models, physical and logical joins, dimension hierarchies, multi-sources, partitions, time series data, and slowly changing dimensions.

Lead will also assist with Analytics server security, and manage Analytics server cache. Ability to architect real time data warehouse integrations for call data from ICM, IVR and ACDs is important
