SQLEVAL not enough space on C drive! Error when I try to install

I am trying to install 2005 SQLEVAL setup file on my machine. I got 66.5 GB of space, 3.00 GHz, 960 RAM, when I run the SQLEVAL to run, I get not enough space on C drive!!!!

Any idea?

What's OS? Is c:\ configured as NTFS? Did you logon windows as local admin? Set disk quote to account? ...

The OS is XP profissional and yes it is NTFS. I was logged on as admin.

Nevermind :) This was a BUG in 2000, and still in 2005. I had to do the work around by copying files to C drive. See below:
