Web Service help.

we have an access DB which connects to a web service using the web service toolkit, which works fine for collecting and posting data.

One of the options is to post a URL (can be anything) and then events are passed back on this address. My question is how can i get access to listen on this address and then trigger an event? We can set this up in .net but, we would like to use this from access and i'm not sure if this can be done or how to go about it.
