how to query matrics

Hi
Please any body help me out form this;
On our project we start by finding useful metrics available in MySQL 5.0.27and how to query them.
Here are some of the metrics archive table names for an example of what we gather now
Ora_Active_Sessions
Ora_ArchiveSwitchSize
Ora_CPU_Usage
Ora_Hit_ratio
Sql_Disk
SQL_Hit_ratio
Sql_Row_Count

Some of these are populated hourly ,some daily and some weekly with metrics collected form all production bd servers

Please give me clue that how to write a query on metrics
