Problem with connection from ASP to SQL7 on NT2000
We just switched database from SQL7 on NT4 to SQL7 on NT2000.
Something strange is going on.
The same database and the same asp page only difference in platform of Servers.
Nt4 as I said was changed to nt2000.
But it is now two coexisting servers on network.
Thing is that when I run application with new database I encounter with
errors such as.. Error connection, Wrong Connection, Connection broken, Invalid named pipes connection and so on.
But some times the same pages pass the place where last time it experienced this problem.
So looks like unstable connection some time works and some time doesn't.
When I switch to old database as a source it works fine.
Could somebody say what’s going on?
