batch file for Database

I wanted to write a batch file for mysql Db to create a extension "new" attach to all the DB tables.

For example for tblnurse.MYD or tblnurse.MYI or tblnurse.frm .I would like see all these tables as tblnursenew.MYD or tblnursenew.MYI or tblnursenew.frm.

In that way It will ease my job for comparing two db's with the same table names.

Is there any way I can write a bat file which on running create extension "new" for each table.

Any help appreciated.
