email contact with email addresses from access to outlook

I have a table contacts with the field email which holds the contacts email addresses. How do i create a command button on my organisations form so that on click it takes all the email address from the contacts table and transfers them to outlook in the To: address field.

I've seen things like this programmed from the Outlook side, as well. There are a couple of good books out there re: Programming Outlook. this might be a little more attractive from the security admin of the mail system, etc., who could determine from that side what is admitted to what is likely a mission critical application / database...
