Updating a contact directory
I have created a contact directory on an Access database.
When a record is first added the 'department' field is selected from a drop-down list.
When it comes to updating a record I want to ensure that my users can only update the 'department' field from a similar list.
How do I make the drop-down list on the update page display the current 'department'?
