ASPdb and anchors -- #ASPDB_101

Can anyone tell me how to stop aspdb from sending #ASPDB_101 in the querystring. It seems to act like an anchor and moves the focus from the top of the page, to the bottom where the buttons are making the user scroll up each time either a record is added, edited, or even paged through. Any help would be great!!!!
