Problem With download function

We have a vendor that has supplied a product that uses ASP-DB, and we have bene having problems with the download button ceasing to work. After pressing the button to download, the error comes up as website cannot be found or is unavailable. It is an unusual error as all the other functions that rely on ASP-DB are functioning normally.

If anyone could have any idea on pointing us in the right directions as the vendor has no clue.

Hi Dwight,

In order to narrow things down, how about starting with one of the sample 5 line demo programs with a simple Access database and throw in the download button and try that? If that works, then it's something with your database or db driver or server setup. Try moving toward the final customer config one step at a time (same code, their server, then their db type with simple code, etc.) until it breaks and you may be able to figure out what the problem is.
