    Database selection

    Help me...

    I want to design a database, where all the data will be in unicode form.
    data volume: 75000000 (rows aprx)
    three options are reqired for the database.

    1. Fast search
    2. Clustering
    3. Cheap

    Please advice me which database should I select. MS SQL/Oracle/MySQL
    If possible please advice me, any possible tec to optimized the search.
