How can I write for XML document and DTD document to capture the following information (Please see at attachment). (Minimum 3 records from the above)
• Every building contract will have a unique contract ID, the date of contract signing, building
cost and date of completion agreed by the client(s) and the builder.
• The name, address and contact details of the client(s); the name of the client administrative
officer assigned to this contract by the builder.
• The address of the construction site and the building permit number.
• The mode of finance. The construction cost can be financed by the owner or through a bank
loan. In the latter case, the name of financing bank, date and amount of loan approval. The
xml document will also record whether copies of all relevant bank documents have been
submitted or pending.
• Some particulars of the house to be built. This includes model name, facade style, floor area
in square meter, number of bedrooms and garage.
