    SQL: columns into row

    Could you please advise me on how to transfer columns into rows

    member diag
    ------------------------
    Smith 354.0
    Smith 250.00
    Smith 278.00

    so it reads:

    member diag
    ------------------------
    Smith 354.0, 250.00, 278.00
