    enable editing language in mysql

    hi all, in access /option/languagesetting/enable editing language we can choose to add language, how about my sql in tools/options/general options/langugage didn't have chiness
    it is possible for me to add some?

    in mysql table edit colunm detail I have name colunm, right now my DataType is set to VARCHAR(40) Flag is Binary, I try to change it to Column Charset to big5 Column Collate to Big5-bin , I can't change my table
