Help with Godaddy - I Know Nothing

Hi every body, let just say that I'm kind of new at everything having to do with server-side web anything.

I'm currently taking a class, to learn a little about SQL, however I'm trying to apply some of the things that I have learned to a site and I just feel dumb. I believe it's because I simply don't know where to start with a database. The books that I have a tutorials that I read all tell me how to create a table and inset information, however I seem to not be able to do. I go to the sql command like screen and ender in the commands that I know from class that work and it gives me errors. I use the forms for retards that they have and some how that gives me errors. I just don't know where to start as far as go daddy is concerned.

Frankly, can anyone point me to a sql on godaddy for dummies.

I guess the first thing I would need to know is how to create a table properly, either via command line or that form that they have. So if any body out there happens to use godaddy, and can relate instructions to the thinking impaired like my self I would greatly appreciate it.

You will probably get a quicker answer if you post your question on our web development forum. http://www.webdeveloper.com/forum/

Ok, have you tried http://sqlcourse.com/? It won't help you with godaddy, but it will give you a start on SQL.
