    Job Succeeded by it did not send the email

    I got this error on jobs history log
    ========================================
    Executed as user: USer\svc_sql. ODBC error 7399 (42000) OLE DB provider 'MSDAORA' reported an error. Authentication failed. [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 18014) ODBC error 7312 (01000) [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 18014) ODBC error 7300 (01000) . [SQLSTATE 01000] (Message 18014). The step succeeded.

    Seems sql agent service account doesn't have proper permission on Oracle.
