    ORA-00604 Error SQL recursif 1

    Hi after running

    create table x as select * from cdc;
    I receive the following error message

    ORA-00604: Une erreur s'est produite au niveau SQL récursif 1
    ORA-04068: état de packages existant rejetés
    ORA-04063: package body "SYS.DBMS_CDC_PUBLISH" a des erreurs
    ORA-06508: PL/SQL : Impossible de trouver unité de programme appelé
    ORA-06512: Ã* ligne 3

    Does someone give me a help to resolve these problem.
    My oracle version is 9.2.0.4 on AIX 5.3

    You write the question in English but leave the error message/output in French? Aside from not knowing whom your user is, does SYS.DBMS_CDC_PUBLISH exist, and can your user access it?
